I am an IB PYP educator and curriculum leader with 14 years of experience across Montessori, Cambridge Primary and IB PYP frameworks — and an unwavering belief that the early years of a child’s education are among the most formative and significant of their lives.
What keeps me coming back to the classroom — and to the corridors of pre-primary and primary schools — is the joy of watching young learners make sense of their world. There is something irreplaceable about the moment a child connects an idea to their own experience, asks a question nobody else thought to ask, or discovers that they are capable of more than they imagined. That is what I work for.
My practice is rooted in inquiry, intentionality and genuine care for the whole child. Whether I am designing curriculum, mentoring colleagues, building literacy cultures or leading a team, I try to ask the same question: does this serve the learner in front of me?
Currently serving as Lower Primary Coordinator at RP Goenka International School, Kolkata, I hold a Cat-1 and Cat-2 IB PYP certification and continue to invest in my own learning with the same enthusiasm I hope to inspire in every child I work with.
