Findings are discussed and priorities agreed in a working session with your leadership team before anything is recommended or planned.

A dated improvement plan naming the owner, the resource and a single measure of success for each workstream.

Delivery runs alongside your own staff, with capability transfer written into the schedule. Coaching, training and systems work happen in your building, on your calendar.

The measure agreed at the design stage is reviewed with the board through the year, so the work keeps its footing after we step back.
